McDonald's of Salina

McDonald's of Salina was founded by the late Fred D'Albini with the old Broadway location in 1969. Over the years, Fred opened the East Crawford location and the location across from the mall. Doug Rempp became the owner/operator in late 1995. That is when we opened up the fourth Salina location on the interstate. January of 2002 we relocated the East Crawford location to its current location at the intersection of Crawford and Ohio. This location at the time was the second McDonald's in the Midwest with a dual lane drive-thru. May of 2002 was the start of the first 24-Hour McDonald's in the Midwest; a Salina initiative now in as many as half of the locations in the Midwest. Our Broadway location moved to the corner of Broadway and Crawford in January of 2005.

The next big thing on our radar will be the expansion of our East Crawford property. We will be adding property to the East to bring the drive-thru in from the East versus having to circle the building to get into line. This project is targeted to begin construction this fall. Remodeling plans are in the works for our Broadway and Crawford location also as we do our best to keep our locations up to date.

Our management ofice is located at 829 E. Crawford. Our Salina locations perform above average and we are committed to providing the best McDonald's experience we can.
